When we decided to sell our house we choose for Costa Brava Fincas.
We knew Warrick and Laura for a few years already and had good faith in their
abilities to sell our house.
During the year they had a lot of viewers and this summer they found a purchaser.
Warrick lead us through negotiations and in a day we got to an agreement.
After that Laura and Warrick prepared all the necessary paperwork and kept in touch, with the purchaser and us, to get everything right.
Even the last days when there were some difficulties with the Notary, they arranged everything and we could sign, as scheduled.
We really appreciate Warrick and Laura for their help, with our sale and all their patience answering our questions, which went further then just working out a sales contract.

I first met Warwick Pemberton (Costa Brava Fincas) when I gave him the brief to sell a property for me. During the process of the sale (15th August 2016) he drew my attention to the sale of a villa that I had been interested in acquiring for some time. Following my offer Warwick took the lead in being an outstanding conduit between the sellers and me, ensuring at all times that lines of communication and negotiation were kept open. He was sage in his advice on how to manage a tricky sale which went through many phases of deal on deal off before completing last week (15th August 2018). Having had no success selling our Costa Brava property through a previous agent we turned to Costa Brava Fincas for help. From the very start Warwick, Laura and their team were fantastic, guiding me through the very daunting process and making everything very simple. They advised on sensible pricing, arranged viewings and i actually had to do very little!
