We met Warwick in 2018 for the first time and then already it was clear that Warwick went beyond what a normal estate agent would do. So when we decided to purchase a property now it was clear for us our first choice was Costa Brava Fincas. We really appreciate the enthusiasm of Xander, who obviously loves what he does and is always willing to go a step further to think from our perspective and to make things easier on our end. Warwick is the go to person when it comes to the purchasing process and the procedures involved from the start to the very end, offered us great confidence when dealing with all sorts of parties and authorities. We also had great help from Laura on all administrative matters. Having a team that we know we can rely on is something important. Costa Brava Fincas helped me purchase a villa in Calonge in 2023. This was a difficult purchase with multiple complex issues to resolve along the way but Xander and Warwick helped me through the whole process and found creative solutions to the problems along the way. As I currently live in the USA it was incredibly comforting to know that I had such a dedicated team on the ground in Spain, even when I got frustrated with the process, they were there to help smooth things out and get the purchase over the line.
