First time in Platja D’aro back in Feb and decided to buy following lots of viewing over a couple of days. Great to deal with Warwick and Laura, and in what would seem a difficult time to complete this was organised well with both parties having power of attorney.

Costa Brava Fincas were recommended to us and we weren’t disappointed. We put our house on the market with them in September and Warwick and Laura got viewings organised quickly and efficiently and an offer was made in December.
Completion date agreed for end of March! Between payment of deposit and completion, COVID-19 came along! With the lockdown we couldn’t see how we were going to complete the sale but Warwick came up with a solution, organising a link with a lawyer/ notary in the UK to arrange a power of attorney for Warwick to do the completion signing at the notary in our absence. The sale was completed this week and Warwick kept us informed every step of the way , even sending us a photo of our happy purchasers after the signing at the notary, a very nice thought.
We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone, buyer or seller.

In April of this year I contented Warwick Pemberton at Costa Brava Fincas in regard to find a house to purchase. He was friendly and extremely helpful throughout.
When we found a property he helped us through the whole process in an honest and clear manner. He accompanied us to the Notory and translated everything so that we knew exactly what was happening, we felt confident that all aspects were dealt with correctly and we weren't left with an nasty surprises. He was usually available when we had queries and if not was quick to return our calls. Warwick showed us around the local area and and was very informative about facilities and services availabe which lead to us deciding to live in the here.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Costa Brava Fincas to anyone looking to move to the Costa Brava.

We confined our search to the Costa Brava area as it is an area our family like, having the coast, countryside and weather, all the considerations which best suited our needs. Once we had identified the locality, we initially searched internet sites and discovered Costa Brava Fincas and a range of suitable properties in the locality. An added bonus was once we contacted Warwick, we discovered he was also English speaking. Once our requirements were known he was quickly able to identify a number of properties for us to consider on a planned trip to Spain which he felt would meet our specific needs.
