We purchased our holiday home in the sun with the help of Warwick and were guided through every part of the process. Nothing was too much trouble, they were even happy to accompany us to Girona (Lawyers) and St Feliux ( Notary) when requested.
After acquisition Warwick has continued to offer help and support in organising all of the 'post purchase' events like arranging utilities, decoration and maintenance work. I still find the combination of a traditional Spanish fishing port, beautiful sandy beaches and great places to eat irresistible.
