I have just sold a property, after quite some considerable time, mainly because of a whole series of difficult issues surrounding the house, which made the deal rather complex. My business in the UK is commercial property so I am used to dealing with agents etc and I can cheerfully say that Warwick is up with the best of the best. His knowledge, professionalism and work ethic are second to none and his understanding of what both the buyer and seller are striving to achieve is impressive and frankly refreshing. He listens which is important and acts with fairness and integrity at all times. Laura provides excellent back up on the rare occasions that Warwick is out of contact and always does her best to respond. I first met Warwick Pemberton (Costa Brava Fincas) when I gave him the brief to sell a property for me. During the process of the sale (15th August 2016) he drew my attention to the sale of a villa that I had been interested in acquiring for some time. Following my offer Warwick took the lead in being an outstanding conduit between the sellers and me, ensuring at all times that lines of communication and negotiation were kept open. He was sage in his advice on how to manage a tricky sale which went through many phases of deal on deal off before completing last week (15th August 2018). Exactly 2 years of overcoming many blocks to the sale, including an invasion of ‘squatters’ just before the sale for the property was close to completion. Having had no success selling our Costa Brava property through a previous agent we turned to Costa Brava Fincas for help. From the very start Warwick, Laura and their team were fantastic, guiding me through the very daunting process and making everything very simple. Ahora que hemos vendido la casa tengo un poco de morriña, pero dado que la habíamos disfrutado desde hace casi 30 años, creo que hemos hecho bien. La relación que hemos tenido durante este tiempo con vosotros Costa Brava Fincas ha sido inmejorable, y todo ha discurrido con mucha eficacia y claridad, habéis hecho de intermediarios facilitando la gestión tanto del vendedor como del Comprador.

So in Autumn 2016, we started to search for a place on the Costa Brava, we
found an apartment for sale with Costa Brava Fincas. This sale didn't happen
BUT Warwick stuck with us & in June 2017 he found us a house that we loved.

Thanks to Warwick & his team helping us & accompanying us to the bank & notary, Laura & Natalie even looked after the children for us to sign (how we would have managed, I don't know).
We spent the last two weeks of August in our house in the sun & loved every
minute of it.
