I first met Warwick Pemberton (Costa Brava Fincas) when I gave him the brief to sell a property for me. During the process of the sale (15th August 2016) he drew my attention to the sale of a villa that I had been interested in acquiring for some time. Following my offer Warwick took the lead in being an outstanding conduit between the sellers and me, ensuring at all times that lines of communication and negotiation were kept open. Having had no success selling our Costa Brava property through a previous agent we turned to Costa Brava Fincas for help.
