Het verkopen van een huis in Spanje kan voelen als een “roller coaster” met veel onduidelijkheden en onzekerheden, maar Warwick en Laura hebben ons er heelhuids doorheen geloodst. Warwick neemt uitgebreid te tijd om je vragen te beantwoorden, houdt je goed op de hoogte van de voortgang en geeft je eerlijk advies over zaken als prijsstelling en presentatie van de woning. Natuurlijk verliep niet alles volgens plan (kopers die ná de onderhandelingen nooit betalen…), maar Warwick bleef er bovenop zitten en vond binnen een week nieuwe (en betere!) kopers. De Spaanse bureaucratie zal altijd een uitdaging blijven, maar met CBF lukt het in ieder geval om tijdig de papierwinkel op orde te hebben.
Ik zou CBF van harte willen aanbevelen!

We kwamen met Warwick Pemberton in contact via zijn staflid Laura Tomas.
We zagen een huis te koop staan in de heuvels rondom Mas Pere Calonge, en vierden op dat moment vakantie in de directe omgeving.
Heel snel werd er door Laura een bezichtiging geregeld, en zijn we door Warwick goed geïnformeerd over de voor ons prachtig geschikte woning.
Spaans uiterlijk van buiten en moderne Nederlands stijl van binnen.Daarnaast degelijk gebouwd.
Ondanks dat Warwick uiteraard handelt namens de verkoper, zijn wij in het gehele aankoopproces door CBF begeleid als ware wij de verkoper.
Alles waarover wij vragen hadden, werd direct op de correcte wijze opgepakt.
Begeleiding van hen met de kennis van de markt aldaar hebben wij mogen ervaren tot en met de daadwerkelijk aankoop van ons nieuwe huis.

When we decided to sell our house we choose for Costa Brava Fincas.
We knew Warrick and Laura for a few years already and had good faith in their
abilities to sell our house.
During the year they had a lot of viewers and this summer they found a purchaser.
Warrick lead us through negotiations and in a day we got to an agreement.
After that Laura and Warrick prepared all the necessary paperwork and kept in touch, with the purchaser and us, to get everything right.
Even the last days when there were some difficulties with the Notary, they arranged everything and we could sign, as scheduled.
We really appreciate Warrick and Laura for their help, with our sale and all their patience answering our questions, which went further then just working out a sales contract.
