Costa Brava Fincas provided a professional service, from initial contact via internet, setting up viewing appointments for our visit, right through to recommending solicitors and accompanying us to the Notary so that there was no misunderstanding due to the language.

Two points that impressed, compared to other companies we tried, were that during the viewings the personnel (the director ,Warwick , and Elisenda ) could provide us with all information that we asked, such as size, annual maintenance costs etc. and secondly they listened at each viewing to the comments so that they could better tailor the selection to fit the needs.

They also provided their views, based on the experience and the market situation, as to what were realistic market prices for the viewed objects.
