Nous connaissions Costa Brava Fincas depuis 7 ans , grâce à des amis qui avaient acheté à Calonge une maison et ont été tres satisfaits des services et du professionnalisme de Warwick .Pour notre maison nous avons décidé de confier à Costa Brava Fincas, l'achat du bien et nous avons été comblés car en période de confinement il n'était pas facile d'organiser un achat du Luxembourg à 1100km de distance et pourtant tout a été géré parfaitement .Les négociations et la transaction se sont déroulés à merveille , Warwick et Laura ont fait un travail admirable , et en plus sont très très sympathiques , performants et à l’écoute , je recommande fortement à tous les Français et Luxembourgeois intéressés par un achat sur la région cette agence : Costa Brava Fincas ...

First time in Platja D’aro back in Feb and decided to buy following lots of viewing over a couple of days. Great to deal with Warwick and Laura, and in what would seem a difficult time to complete this was organised well with both parties having power of attorney.

Costa Brava Fincas were recommended to us and we weren’t disappointed. We put our house on the market with them in September and Warwick and Laura got viewings organised quickly and efficiently and an offer was made in December.
Completion date agreed for end of March! Between payment of deposit and completion, COVID-19 came along! With the lockdown we couldn’t see how we were going to complete the sale but Warwick came up with a solution, organising a link with a lawyer/ notary in the UK to arrange a power of attorney for Warwick to do the completion signing at the notary in our absence. The sale was completed this week and Warwick kept us informed every step of the way , even sending us a photo of our happy purchasers after the signing at the notary, a very nice thought.
We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone, buyer or seller.

Pour des français, l’achat est un peu compliqué, et sans eux, je ne m’en sortais pas.

J’ai toute confiance en eux, et je vais bien sûr leur confier la gestion locative de cette maison.

In April of this year I contented Warwick Pemberton at Costa Brava Fincas in regard to find a house to purchase. He was friendly and extremely helpful throughout.
When we found a property he helped us through the whole process in an honest and clear manner. He accompanied us to the Notory and translated everything so that we knew exactly what was happening, we felt confident that all aspects were dealt with correctly and we weren't left with an nasty surprises. He was usually available when we had queries and if not was quick to return our calls. Warwick showed us around the local area and and was very informative about facilities and services availabe which lead to us deciding to live in the here.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Costa Brava Fincas to anyone looking to move to the Costa Brava.
