Xander has advised us from our early plans, in the search for our gem and during the entire purchase process of our apartment in Platja d'Aro.
You don't do this very often in your life and that is why it is important that you have someone you can trust to give you the right advice and Xander did that for us. Also advice that went against his own interests. Xander is honest and direct, you know where you stand.
In addition, he is just a pleasant guy with his heart in the right place, just like with his dogs.
