Warwick and the team at Costa Brava Fincas (CBF) have definitely not heard the saying that 'buying a property abroad is stressful and complicated'!
We purchased our holiday home in the sun with the help of Warwick and were guided through every part of the process. Nothing was too much trouble, they were even happy to accompany us to Girona (Lawyers) and St Feliux ( Notary) when requested.
After acquisition Warwick has continued to offer help and support in organising all of the 'post purchase' events like arranging utilities, decoration and maintenance work. Being non Spanish speakers, we are not sure how we could have managed this so smoothly and quickly. Many thanks to the whole team at CBF. Guy and Nicki
