Diane's home is spacious and has generous interior spaces. If you have a big family or like to get together with friends, this villa may be right for you. From the garage, you go down an internal staircase to the entrance hall, which leads on the right to the spacious living-dining room and on the left to the kitchen. From both the living room and the kitchen, you can access the terrace from which you have a panoramic view of the sea and the hills. From the living room, you can go up to the tower, which can serve as an extra room, office or reading or games room. The bedroom area is accessed by going down to the lower floor, where there is a suite with a private bathroom, two double bedrooms and one single, all with built-in wardrobes, and two other bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. The exteriors require little maintenance. The garden area is limited by the slope of the land and the pool is mainly intended for cooling off during hot days.
