So in Autumn 2016, we started to search for a place on the Costa Brava, we
found an apartment for sale with Costa Brava Fincas. This sale didn't happen
BUT Warwick stuck with us & in June 2017 he found us a house that we loved.

Thanks to Warwick & his team helping us & accompanying us to the bank & notary, Laura & Natalie even looked after the children for us to sign (how we would have managed, I don't know).
We spent the last two weeks of August in our house in the sun & loved every
minute of it.

Warwick and Laura not only provided us with in-depth information while showing many properties -- but also provided us with personal attention that went well beyond what you would expect from a typical real estate office. We have just completed on a wonderful apartment on the Costa Brava. We would highly recommend Warwick of Costa brava fincas who made the whole process so easy.
He understood exactly what we were looking for and found the perfect place within weeks. He took us to view it at the end of March and we were signing the title deeds on May 20th !
Never has a property purchase been so totally without stress or worry.

Warwick and the team at Costa Brava Fincas (CBF) have definitely not heard the saying that 'buying a property abroad is stressful and complicated'!
We purchased our holiday home in the sun with the help of Warwick and were guided through every part of the process. Nothing was too much trouble, they were even happy to accompany us to Girona (Lawyers) and St Feliux ( Notary) when requested.
After acquisition Warwick has continued to offer help and support in organising all of the 'post purchase' events like arranging utilities, decoration and maintenance work.
