The Costa Brava
The Costa Brava, or Wild Coast, boasts some of the most spectacular scenery in Spain. Palamos
Palamos first started life as a small port back in the 13th century and is now the only commercial harbour in the province of Girona. The old town port area today provides a hugely atmospheric backdrop for numerous bars and restaurants, with fresh locally caught prawns appearing in a wide array of local Catalan specialties.

Calonge/St Antoni
Calonge is located a couple of kilometers just along the coast from Palamos and is better known locally by its full name of Sant Antoni de Calonge. Like many other towns in the Costa Brava it effortlessly combines a rich historical pedigree, best epitomized by its medieval castle, the church of Sant Martí, with more modern day facilities and amenities such as a wealth of buzzing little bars, shops and restaurants.

Tossa de Mar
Tossa de Mar has enjoyed a relatively restrained evolution from small fishing village to modern tourist resort, maintaining much of its original character and architecture - best epitomised by the ancient turrets and battlements of the Villa Vela. There are no high rise buildings blotting the landscape, and as a result it has more of a villagey feel than some of its larger neighbours.
